6 magic tricks to help you keep your New Year’s resolutions

It’s New Year’s Eve!! Isn’t it amazing how fast this year went?

In 12 months, my life has changed in so many ways : a sweet new baby boy, our move from France to the US, new friends for me and the family. What a year! Hum… let’s see, did I see it coming ? Not at all. And I had many resolutions for the new year, back in December 2014. You can guess I had some difficulties keeping them throughout the year – what about you?

As for me and the whole new year-resolutions thing, I’m going to try new strategies this year. I’ve put together 6 strategies that could help us all to stay on track. Choose one of them, or maybe 2, and let the magic work for you! (See here below)

  1. I think you are totally right, we have to commit and stop trying, this is true for most things in life. My next favorite is enjoying the process otherwise you miss all the fun, and the present moment. Love it, nice Elise.

  2. Love all your strategies, Elise! Probably the most effective for me is accountability. We are doing a fitness challenge at work and I have exercised more in the last 3 weeks than in the 3 months prior! 🙂
